the whole shooting thing has finally ended! yesterday wasn't counted. been blogging so much about shooting the minute i arrive home, and i hafta rush even for that so that dinner wouldn't be so late. been neglecting my tv! and sports stuff. didn't even blog about henry joining barca, which is so long ago and so important. i don't like arsenal anymore! will probably switch to liverpool for epl, especially if torres joins them. call me unloyal lah, but there aren't anymore players from arsenal '03, which is full of fond memories. oh, real madrid sacked capello. i hate him, but he's kinda poor thing considering that he led both real madrid and juventus to victory. and federer's gonna meet safin! i hope safin wins lah! then it'd be easier for roddick to reach the finals, hee!
youth day celebrations in school today, which erm, sucked. they got the chinese orchestra and wushu guys from cat. high to perform -.- oh, the cast of heroes is coming down to s'pore! including micah, who's so cute! didn't watch the last episode shown on starworld cos of stupid shooting which made me so tired. missed supernatural cos of it too! bleah! 2 weeks off from trainings now though, but i still wanna go on the day before the pistol girls go for competition! of course i'd rather go for the actual competition day lah, oh wells. dezi wants to go too, for her shaun. so it was the day of the competition today. had to wake up super early cos we had to be there by 7.45, almost like a normal school day -.- anyway, dunman high surrounded us in the corner where we were sitting. we were completely surrounded by all of them with their stuff lah! we saved a spot for dezi 270 degrees from her shaun when we were playing cards. she made angeline, who was sitting opposite, take pictures of her and shaun. HAHAHAHA! his toes are so gross lah! they're long and thin, almost finger-like! she didn't even mind that he took off his slippers and put them next to her. and she struck a conversation with the girl sitting next to her. dezi blatantly asked "how do you stuff all these chinese in your head ah?", when she took out a thick chinese book to read, and she replied ever-so-gently "oh, i'm from hong kong." HAHAHA!
so jeannel and eva started first, followed by dezi. they came in 3rd for south zone, with jeannel getting 383 (!!!) whooo!
so then coach gave the c div girls a talk again before we started. he told us about some stupid guy who shot yesterday and went back to dry-firing halfway through the competition, loaded the rifle and forgot to switch back to the shooting mode, fired it, then saw nothing on the card and told a range official who told him he couldn't fire on it anymore. ohmygosh, such a dumb-ass lah! he couldn't tell the dry-firing sound apart from the shooting sound. and then he told the range official, who would obviously have seen it as a complete miss. tsk!
and then it was my turn. there was a huge gap behind me, of about 10 lanes i think. and the girl in front of me was damn distracting cos she sighted for so long! and she had to keep walking out or get her teacher or whoever to talk to her. and range officials spoke to her quite a few times too. anyway, i ended and was walking to the back to strip and coach i-don't-know-her-name told me "well done" when i didn't even see her scoping me -.- miss au helped me strip, then coach came and told me that i got about 370 which i didn't believe, cos i sucked. so both of them told me to go out and tell marianne and angeline that i did okay. told them i sucked all the same, cos i still didn't believe coach. but my results were out, and i got 373. they probably counted wrongly lah! i could've sworn that i got 8s 75% of the time! unless the scorers were damn lenient and counted 1 more mark even if the shot was just at the line of the next circle.
we came in 3rd for south zone! me with 373, angeline with 341 and marianne with 371. there are only 4 schools for c div in south zone though, with rgs and kuo chuan obviously being the 1st and 2nd respectively.
there were no hot guys at all to support their schools! how sad! only about 3 average-looking ones, who we've never seen before. the rest were ugly! even acsi, who was there for training, didn't have hot guys! and 2 of them were taking pictures of us when we were standing around talking with coach and miss au. not just once too! so the last time they took was cos we realised it and screamed "ohmygosh" so loud that they ran off.
oh, i found all the coaches on friendster! hahahahaha!

beatrice and i went all gaga the moment we stepped into the computer lab for EP today! our swaku class finally got to use the lab with the imac computers, which are damn cool lah! the mouse is so cute! training again today after school. we were the 1st school there, so we stole dunman high's spot. boys' rifle competition today, so everyone went to support them. bleah! dunman high shooters get to skip 4 days of school with all the different competition categories lah! and we can't even do that for both the rifle and pistol team. nope, we just go for our own competition and that's it. even the teachers are taking either the rifle or pistol teams separately. poo! so we were the only school today for a long time, until yuhua finally came. then some dunman high pistol people came, so dezi was damn sad. they stole back most of their spot when we were shooting, hahaha! coach haw's been thinking that i'm sec 3 -.- and marianne finally admitted to liking some victoria sec guy. hahaha!

so it was back to school yesterday, which sucked. ok, not really, it was like an ordinary school day. aircons have finally been placed in the hall! and work on the indoor sports complex has started. i bet it'll be cool, but it's not like i'll be using it much. lotsa new teachers in school! which means that the 2nd half of 2/4 will be split from us during chinese lessons. awww, no more hot guy talk with andrea! PE today brought about surprises. or to me, at least. teo peng suan took our class today, and we have no idea whether she'll be our permanent PE teacher from now on, cos she didn't say anything. then we took our height and weight. i didn't grow, like duh, but i didn't shrink either, hee! and i'm the same weight! which is a huge miracle considering how much crap i've eaten during these past 2 months, with no excercise at all except for walking up the hill to my house and shooting trainings, which really shouldn't even be counted. HAHAHA! of course, teo peng suan might've just rounded off my weight or something, bleah!
then there was training again after school. we arrived damn early lah, but dunman high was already there shooting. what time do they end school lah! we finally saw coach today after a million years. he cut his hair! so did uncle fa! HAHAHA! then coach gave us this talk thingy, but we talked a lot about dunman high. hahaha! i bet coach knows who dezi likes now! so obvious lah! but before that he bet it was a pistol guy. ew! except for the one who looks hot when he's writing, hahaha! then when he found out it was a rifle guy, he thought it was the freakishly strong one and told us he was their chairman! hahahahaha! he offered us phone nos. and msn addresses of hot guys if we ever ask him. HAHAHA! apparently people ask him for nos. of vj guys when he's in camp. tsk! dunman high ended off really early, so dezi was damn sad, hahaha! anyway, marianne suffers from karma a lot, poor girl! like the time when she gossipped about "midget" and got him in the next lane for days. and then today, when she broke into someone's bag, the keychain in it fell out and when she finally fixed it she couldn't zip up the bag. HAHAHAHA! training again tomorrow, before the actual competition on thursday. oh man! oh, our competition day is an all-girls thing, according to jeannel. damn! no hot guys to watch before we shoot...

I FEEL SO FAT! everything i ate today was fried lah, pffft! training in the morning today. most of the gang went for 2nd detail. so we hid in the toilet during dry-firing time, where amanda and i decided to add to the paper balls stuck on the walls. HAHAHA! and then boss HAD to come into the toilet, where we were all sitting on the sink area. so francine and amanda dashed into the cubicles the minute she came in, leaving me and marianne to face boss. marianne answered all her questions, and i just kept laughing. boss obviously knew we were slacking lor, and then we were forced to go dry-fire -.- ended up behind amanda and opposite the freakishly strong dunman high guy. so then we were both gossiping about him, hahaha! he's really freakishly strong lah! he's like really tall, and thin, with no muscles! and he carries 2 gun cases at a time, and then he'll keep going back for more gun cases. and he carries up the gun when he's pushing the thing for both loading and dry-loading. i ended up in the lane in front of him during actual shooting. he's freakishly fast too lah! i bet that's why he sweats so much and has to have a towel with him to wipe his face during shooting. HAHAHA! and then he kept swearing at his shots -.- we had the finals thing again, where i sucked. i suck with the new rifles lah! and angeline beat all of us, except for marianne. ohmygosh, angeline wong is good lah!
towned with marianne, amanda laura, francine and jeannel after training, but marianne, amanda laura and jeannel went to play laser quest first, so francine, amanda and i went to eat. francine played on her psp on the entire bus ride and couldn't stop the game, so she was glued to it, following us all around far east, until she died. on the game, that is. bought a pair of tiny ear studs which hopefully i'll be able to wear in school. the stupid woman cheated me of 2 bucks lah! oh well. then i bought my little miss tee, but there were so little options! i wanted little miss whoops, but the picture was ugly, so i ended up with a little miss sunshine. and then jeannel and i bought fried mars bars, which i hadn't eaten in such a long time. stole jeannel's shih lin chicken too. marianne ended up buying the most things in the end lah, as expected. she spent all the cash she brought, tsk! left them hunting for marianne's bubble skirt to meet my parents at tangs. we walked to the new john little where i got new bras. then we went to the old john little -.- had dinner at the ayam penyet place, and was supposed to have desserts at nydc, but the queue was too long. so we went to borders, where i bought "my sister's keeper" cos everyone cried after reading it, hahaha!

amanda and i went all hysterical during training today! we went into fits of laughter at random things, mostly. and then it became worse when i started laughing at everything amanda said. and then she started scolding me, which made me laugh even more. and then she started laughing at all the toot-looking guys who passed by. tsk her! but they really look toot lah. we need eyecandy in the shooting range! it gives us something to do apart from laughing and bitching, which is what we mostly do. the gang hid in the toilet during dry-firing time today. much better than hiding on the rooftop, surrounded by all sorts of shit, which was what we did yesterday. see, we always try to skip whichever part of training we can, especially during dry-firing, which is probably why angeline is getting better than me, dammit. miss au turned up at 4 plus today, cos she had something to attend to. anyway, she had this new hairstyle which sent us all, not just me and amanda, into fits of laughter. it was damn gross, but it seemed to have attracted mr m cos they were so busy talking, miss au didn't even notice that all of us left. okay, he's not mr m, i just made it up to give him a name. but it's a good name, cos he has huge muscles, a moustache and mushroom-shaped hair (hah! they all start with m, am i good or what?) anyway, we all stole francine's royce chocolates, which she brought 1 whole tupperware-full of. some people should be sued for being so rich lah!

real madrid won la liga! and roddick won queen's! hahaha! 4-6, 7-6, 7-6. so lousy, but he won anyway! so then, woke up in the morning to watch real madrid vs mallorca, since it'd be the last time i'd ever see roberto carlos play cos he's moving to fenerbahce and he probably won't play for his national team anymore. mallorca was playing a lot better at first, and they were up by 1 goal in the 1st half, which sucked cos barcelona was up 3-0 in the 1st half, and both barca and real madrid had the same no. of points, with real madrid being ahead cos of goal difference or something. anyway, beckham got substituted at the beginning of the 2nd half, and was replaced by reyes. i thought real madrid would die right then, but then 1 minute later or something, reyes scored. HAHAHA! so it was 1-1 and nadal, who was there watching the match, cried! or at least, his face was all scrunched up looking like he was about to cry. hahaha, hilarious lah! and then diarra headed in the ball, but some mallorca player kinda touched it near the line, so the goal was counted as an own goal. and then casillas begin to cry too. and then reyes scored again, zomg! i've never been so thankful to reyes all my life. so then the match ended at 3-1, and real madrid won the title, which is what i wanted cos of raul and roberto carlos and beckham, who i don't usually care about, but was the last time i'd watch him play apart from england games. they didn't show the prize-giving! or maybe it hasn't been done yet... but anyway they showed them celebrating. almost all the players were parading their own country flags around, in their own style, which i thought was damn funny. and casillas was piggyback-ing cannavaro around, hahaha!

i got my braces, teeheehee! ok, i'll probably won't be teeheehee-ing anymore by tonight cos the pain would have probably sunk in by then. my dad was singing along to the rolling stones on the way to AH, which i thought was damn funny. and then of course the only line he knew in the song was "i can't get no satisfaction", which was even funnier! so anyway, i skipped training today to get my braces done. heh! but that kinda sucks cos we were supposed to use the new rifles today. i always skip trainings when we move onto new rifles! oh well. training yesterday was horrible! we had this mock-competition thing again, except this time we had to do 60 shots. and we were learning how to use our new rifles and all, so we missed the dry-firing time and only started to put on our suits and all during the actual shooting time. we all ended early anyway. the guy behind marianne was such a poor thing! he dropped his pellet box twice, then the roller thing in his lane got stuck and had to be fixed, and then he dropped his card. hahaha! oh, and then i had to use the glove from the rack cos mine got taken away, and that horrible glove gave me stupid blisters. POO!

just flipped past the atletico madrid vs celta vigo match. celta vigo's goalie looks like colin firth! and torres's new hairstyle is hideous lah, zomg! oh, speaking of hairstyles, elliott yamin reminds me of mr tumnus! and i'm happy for him! hee! cos i wanted him to win that season of idol, then when he got kicked out i thought he was gonna be gone forever and he's suddenly doing well. heh! and i also just realised that travis from so you think you can dance 2 looks like blake. cos i just flipped past the show too.
anyway, met daphne tay to do our geog today. we made a deal that she'd only leave home when i reached wheelock at 12, so that i could look around borders and she could leave home late. so i looked around, but just for a while at the books section cos i got too depressed being around all those books without enough cash. so i went to read magazines, but couldn't find anything much. ended up at the sports section, where the football magazines were surrounded by too many people, so i read "tennis", where they predicted that federer and serena williams would win wimbledon, and roddick and henin would be the runners-up. or is it runner-ups cos they're runner-up for different things? oh, whatever lah. went to the music/movies section after that. the system for listening to their cds is so cool lah! it's so much better than hmv's where you can only listen to the new cds lor.
daphne tay finally arrived after half an hour or something, and then told me that she had late breakfast and was too full for lunch -.- so we went to the subway in shaw, where i ate by myself. i finally ate my double chocolate chip cookie! after so long of seeing them being sold out all the time, heh! and then we completed the whole geog thing. and then she had to go home cos she has to chiong her homework before she leaves for japan. so i walked to hmv, to check out their 10th anniversary sale. but most things weren't on sale anyway.
the sale for dvds are damn good! gilmore girls are $68. and mrs henderson presents is only $10! but the sale for cds are about the usual cd prices. the really cheap ones are old stuff. except "press play", which was surprisingly only $15. the normal goo goo dolls' "let love in" is like, more expensive than the special version of it, with bonus tracks and a dvd. and the little miss sunshine soundtrack is almost twice the price of the dvd. some things are so weird lah! oh, and hanson is back, sounding very mature, as compared to the days of "mmmbop", haha. decided to buy a cd that was on sale. cos although it's about a normal cd price, it was on sale, and i need to extend my stack of cds cos i'm getting so bored of them. narrowed it down to cranberries and smashing pumpkins. then decided on cranberries cos there were more songs, hahaha! and then i realised that i'd have a $10 note left after buying the cd, so decided to spend all of it. bought the singapore version of snow patrol, cos there was little choice with the singapore version cds. so i paid for them, then regretted buying cranberries, cos i realised that smashing pumpkins would be better music for studying to, and that led me to regretting not buying rachael yamagata which although wasn't on sale, was only $2 more than cranberries, and i bet it would've been perfect studying music. HO! i should probably get it when i get sick of studying to my current stack of cds, since the pre-exam period is about the only time i ever touch cds cos other times i just listen to the radio, which plays hip-hop or pop about 75% of the time, and i can't concentrate on studying to that.
then i realised that i spent about 2 hours in hmv, and thought that the people working there would probably think i'm suspicious or something. so i left to go to kino, but realised it was getting late to have enough time to walk around kino, so decided to get a drink cos i was at taka already. bought a chocolate milkshake from mcdonalds, and drank it on the way to the bus-stop. the walk behind taka to the bus-stop always smells of shit lah! and i'm always either eating or drinking on the way to the bus-stop. POO! 3 190s passed by while i was waiting for 171. but i waited for 171 all the same. 171s have never failed me hot guys-wise :D today was a hot tennis guy! with a blue and black racquet. it wasn't babolat and there wasn't white, but there was blue and black. and he's a little fat in his stomach. hee! that's like roddick! ok, his stomach is fatter, cos you can see the little bulge even with his shirt on, whereas roddick's can only be seen when he lifts up his shirt. hahaha!
oh anyway, nadal beat federer to win the french open. in 4 sets lah, but he still won. yay! and the real madrid coach wants beckham to stay. that's stupid, considering that beckham signed for LA in the 1st place cos the coach hardly played him. but mclaren claiming that him not putting beckham in the squad made him play better is more stupid. tsk!

the sale for dvds are damn good! gilmore girls are $68. and mrs henderson presents is only $10! but the sale for cds are about the usual cd prices. the really cheap ones are old stuff. except "press play", which was surprisingly only $15. the normal goo goo dolls' "let love in" is like, more expensive than the special version of it, with bonus tracks and a dvd. and the little miss sunshine soundtrack is almost twice the price of the dvd. some things are so weird lah! oh, and hanson is back, sounding very mature, as compared to the days of "mmmbop", haha. decided to buy a cd that was on sale. cos although it's about a normal cd price, it was on sale, and i need to extend my stack of cds cos i'm getting so bored of them. narrowed it down to cranberries and smashing pumpkins. then decided on cranberries cos there were more songs, hahaha! and then i realised that i'd have a $10 note left after buying the cd, so decided to spend all of it. bought the singapore version of snow patrol, cos there was little choice with the singapore version cds. so i paid for them, then regretted buying cranberries, cos i realised that smashing pumpkins would be better music for studying to, and that led me to regretting not buying rachael yamagata which although wasn't on sale, was only $2 more than cranberries, and i bet it would've been perfect studying music. HO! i should probably get it when i get sick of studying to my current stack of cds, since the pre-exam period is about the only time i ever touch cds cos other times i just listen to the radio, which plays hip-hop or pop about 75% of the time, and i can't concentrate on studying to that.
then i realised that i spent about 2 hours in hmv, and thought that the people working there would probably think i'm suspicious or something. so i left to go to kino, but realised it was getting late to have enough time to walk around kino, so decided to get a drink cos i was at taka already. bought a chocolate milkshake from mcdonalds, and drank it on the way to the bus-stop. the walk behind taka to the bus-stop always smells of shit lah! and i'm always either eating or drinking on the way to the bus-stop. POO! 3 190s passed by while i was waiting for 171. but i waited for 171 all the same. 171s have never failed me hot guys-wise :D today was a hot tennis guy! with a blue and black racquet. it wasn't babolat and there wasn't white, but there was blue and black. and he's a little fat in his stomach. hee! that's like roddick! ok, his stomach is fatter, cos you can see the little bulge even with his shirt on, whereas roddick's can only be seen when he lifts up his shirt. hahaha!
oh anyway, nadal beat federer to win the french open. in 4 sets lah, but he still won. yay! and the real madrid coach wants beckham to stay. that's stupid, considering that beckham signed for LA in the 1st place cos the coach hardly played him. but mclaren claiming that him not putting beckham in the squad made him play better is more stupid. tsk!

the cool blue rubber rings have been replaced by ugly metal rings. hahaha! the extraction guy sucked, once again. the injections for numbing my teeth hurt this time. stupid extraction guy! nus invitational shoot at safra yishun yesterday was erm, fun? safra yishun is such a cool place! the food in the bowling alley smelt so good! and the armoury was decorated with leaves, hahahaha! but it stank. and miss au cracked me up the whole day! our goodie bags contained new man magazines, with a half-naked woman on the front page, so miss au started freaking out when she first saw them, and forbade us from bringing them back home. we all read the magazines anyway. it was usual magazine stuff apart from the cover page and a spread of some model, so i told miss au that there was more than porn in the magazine and she thought that i read more than porn. hahahahaha! and then when amanda, sin min and i went to check out the bowling alley for a few minutes after we went to pee, miss au started freaking out and called us back to the range. and then she started telling her own jokes when we were all sitting around, which were not funny, but she laughed at her own jokes so hard, we all started laughing at her. hahaha! anyway, i got 350 for the shoot, which was higher than what i expected to get, but still quite low, i think. ate at the mcdonalds in ang mo kio after that. the oreo cheesecake was good! :D

trainings everyday keep me away from prison break 2. bleah! so anyway, had this mock-shoot during training today, and i was stuck with a slow-ass roller thingy. was the last to finish shooting for that detail cos of the stupid thing :/ i swear angeline wong ting ying is catching up with me. poo! oh, i now have cute but evil dark blue rubber rings between my back teeth, heh! and the extraction guy extracted my top tooth and left my bottom teeth hurting after that. stupid guy! oh, i thought AH was a lousy ulu place for braces until i found out mervelle goes there too. hahaha! oh oh oh, beckham and owen were recalled to the england team. and bentley's in it too! but he's not in the 1st team. anyway, beckham rocks and owen sucks. alan smith sucked too, causing no striker-action which led to me going back to sleep during the half-time of the england vs brazil match. it was so boring! and the danish fan who hit the ref was such a stupid guy! oh, so then after that the game was abandoned, leaving the score 3-3 -.- i hope sweden gets all the points! :D
